I hear that Same-sex marriage is under consideration in New York. I don't have a source, though. -_- 74.33.174.133 (talk) 22:29, 29 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Some one change the colors right now!

edit

Arizona is suppose to be bright Red, and Mexico is suppose to purple (except for Coahuila which should stay the same), because SSM is recognized in all states, but not performed!

Maine needs to be updated

edit

The law allowing same-sex marriage in Maine has been repealed. Maine's domestic partnership law remains in effect. –BMRR (talk) 19:49, 4 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

I agree. Maine must be updated to comply with the 3 Novemeber election that repealed the legislature's decision to legalize same-sex marriage. It is outdated at the moment, and I'd update the map myself, but am unfamiliar with how to do that. Could someone explain the process to me please? Utah and Arizona incorrect (June 2010)

edit

Arizona should be "only same-sex marriage officially banned".
Utah should be "same-sex marriage and civil unions banned"

Mexico

edit

Shouldn't Mexico be purple? Same-sex marriages are recognized, and there are no unregistered cohabitation laws in any part of Mexico. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.185.216.81 (talk) 05:20, 11 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Canadian Provincial Boundaries

edit

Since Canada has had nationwide same-sex marriage since 2005, It would be simpler to treat Canda the same as Greenland and remove the subnational political boundaries. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Chase1493 (talkcontribs) 06:12, 28 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Greenland has autonomy in this area, and it is not legal there yet. CMD (talk) 06:43, 13 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
