This was a scanned image of part of one panel from an old, scratched and battered lunchbox, which I then spent hours trying to clean up with cheap photo editing software. I'm not sure the result can be converted into PNG without problems - and of course starting over just to get the other format seems like a very long way to go to save a few kb. OK, I gotcha. I didn't read the summary when I tagged it - I just assumed it was from a comic strip that had been scanned or downloaded and inappropriately saved in JPEG instead of PNG.
