Just one technical issue. Is Vojvodina represented here as an independent country? According to the border lines it seems like it is.

- Yes, map does not make distinction between regional and national boundaries, and further more, map shows situation in 1988 when no single Yugoslav republic or province was independent. PANONIAN 20:14, 15 January 2012 (UTC)
