The spelling of the following words in the closed caption metadata differs from the official IACO spelling in the article NATO_phonetic_alphabet:
- Alpha (should be Alfa)
- Juliet (should be Juliett)
I'm unfamiliar with editing the captions in Ogg; can someone please make these changes?
