I wonder, why this SVG file of 2019 is considered limited by fair use, though there is a free JPG file of 2012 (Coc.jpg) in wikimedia commons, showing the same icon, just stored in a less suitable graphical format. Therefore, wikimedia commons asks "This sport logo image was uploaded in the JPEG format even though it consists of non-photographic data. This information could be stored more efficiently or accurately in the PNG or SVG format. If possible, please upload a PNG or SVG version of this image without compression artifacts." The asked SVG file is yet here. What would happen, if someone would really move this file to wikimedia commons?
