The picture must be taken down, it is not covered by the act you claim allows you to use it for the reason that it is not on Public Property and it not accessible by the Public, please remove the image before further action is taken. Thank you

Actually, freedom of panorama laws in the UK seem to indicate that it need not be on public property. There is further discussion here. DS (talk) 14:09, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
