Fair use is included

The warning tag says no fair use rationale is given, but it clearly IS (look below the warning tag!) Please explain the threat to delete. BTW, the licensing tag, which has existed for years, clearly states the reasons for low-res screenshots such as this. And considering there is no such person as "Abbie Carmichael," the only possible way to get a photograph of this person is through a screenshot from a show in which the character exists. - Nhprman 13:58, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
