Beautiful. edit

Just wanted to say, beautiful work! I absolutely love maps that elegantly show historical data!

Thanks, --Geekdiva (talk) 07:53, 21 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Fake edit

This map is self-created by someone, and is represented as an historical map. This map contradicts many other Wikipedia articles themselves, not talking about lack of unbiased sources claimed for this map (the author claims that the map is based on a work of a Greek author???). Albanian principalities had been established and documented in all of today's Albania since the 11th-12th century, so claiming that Albanians migrated there in the 14th century is an oxymoron. Look at this article for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muzaka_family (Edvin (talk) 11:10, 8 December 2013 (UTC))Reply

I am main contributor to the article on Muzaka family and many other articles on the subject. This article (nor any other that I am aware of) does not in any way contradicts or disputes accuracy of this properly sourced map.--Antidiskriminator (talk) 14:27, 8 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
Exactly, not to mention that the specific map is perfectly sourced. Thus not a single trace of wp:or.Alexikoua (talk) 19:52, 8 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
We have written evidence that Durrës has been Albanian since 11th century (because it is on that time that we have the first written facts about Albanians). How come that in your self-made map Durrës was populated by Albanians in the years 1300s?

For example, read here: http://books.google.ee/books?id=_sHmTRCEe7kC&lpg=PP1&dq=albania%20history&pg=PA15#v=onepage&q=albania%20history&f=false (Edvin (talk) 17:01, 9 December 2013 (UTC))Reply

Actually, Durres and its population have always been Albanian. That is irrelevant for this map which presents 14th century migrations of ethnic group of Shqiptarët (English: Albanians).--Antidiskriminator (talk) 18:17, 9 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
