Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	To show the artwork of the song list of the album written in smeared blood that is similar to the Charles Manson, which was mentioned in the article.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	I could not find another image of this artwork on Wikipedia.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I will only use this image in the Tormented (Staind album) article because this image is the back cover the album.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	I believe that the use of the file will not harm any commercial opportunities of its owner because: It is used for informational purposes only. It does not say that I cannot use the file. This image is just a picture of the back cover of the album. It isn't that different from uploading an image from the official album cover of the album. It does not limit the owner's rights to show the original in any way. The image is copyrighted.
