Svenska: I förgrunden ryttare, fotfolk och hästar. Till vänster en del av staden Lund samt domkyrkan och Allhelgonakyrkan. Det snöiga slagfältet alldeles i närheten av staden är framställt i fågelperspektiv. De stridande äro formerade i fyrkanter. Svenskarna anfalla danskarna, vars röda fanor sticka fram ur krutröken. Mellan de stridande trupperna och förgrunden, liksom till höger, ett antal ryttare. I bakgrunden höjer sig slätten, brun och frostgrå, och på plattån till höger avtecknar sig en gård i brand mot den gråa horisonten. Blå himmel med skära moln. Inom ramverket text över och under målningen.
