1. it is a single, low resolution frame, and not therefore substantial in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell and distribute this film;
3. its inclusion in the article is significant because it depicts the subject discussed;
4. it is used purely for informational purposes.
