The mandorla-shaped seal depicts the Lamb of God, with a halo on an azure field, holding a crosier with an unfurled banner emblazoned with Saint George's Cross. Beneath the lamb is a Cherokee rose. Text surrounding the seal reads "Christ Church Episcopal Savannah Georgia 1733", giving the full name (Christ Church Episcopal), location (Savannah, Georgia), and founding year (1733) of the church.
