Вес паровоза в рабочем состоянии: без тендера 76 т с тендером 120 т Конструкционная скорость 115 км/ч Максимальная мощность на ободе колеса 1300 л.с Сохранился в единственном экземпляре. Исключён из инвентаря МПС в 1960 г. и использовался в качестве котельной на московском заводе железобетонных изделий. Реставрационный ремонт, не имеющий аналогов в отечественной практике по сложности и объемам, произведен в депо Ховрино Октябрьской ж.д. (г. Москва) в 1982-1983гг.

S.68 one of only 2 surviving pre-revolutionary Russian Passenger locomotives. Built in Russia before the revolution, probably in 1917. Designed by B.S. Malakovskii. This locomotive only survived because it was used as a stationary boiler in a factory in Moscow until the 1970’s. Russian Railway Museum
