English: Representative Tom Price (R-GA) testified before the Senate Finance Committee on his nomination to be Health and Human Services secretary in the Trump administration. Representative Price in his remarks committed to several committee members he would work with them to ensure that all Americans have access to affordable health coverage as congressional Republicans continued working toward their pledge to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. He also talked about the solvency of Medicare, Medicaid expansion, and his trading of health care stocks. Regarding his investments, he once again defended his actions, calling them ethical, legal, and transparent.
