Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	This is the only photo I have found of de Beaumont in her Guide uniform. She died in 1989 with no immediate family so I haven't been able to find a family member for any other images.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will only feature on her bio page.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	I am confident because de Beaumont's primary work was in the non-profit sector (Girl Guiding) several decades ago. There is no commercial value in this image.
