Summary

Description Lamb Holm, Orkney Islands. Old Quarry, New Fish Farm This is the main quarry that was used for the material to build the Churchill Barriers by Italian POW's in the second world war. It now houses a fish farm, so it is good to see it still being utilised. In the background is barrier no.2 between the islands of Lamb Holm and Glim(p)s Holm.
