The photographer who took the photo is unspecified and unknown, so that no release can be obtained. It is probably an official campaign photograph from 1975. 3. The image is a low resolution rendition, a 96 dpi scan of a printed halftone. No damage is done to the value of the original image. 4. This image is to be used to illustrate a non-commercial encyclopedia entry specifically about the subject of the image. 5. The image is not replaceable.
