English: The Engineering-Management Building is a brutalist office building on the former Navy Yard in North Charleston, South Carolina. It was designed by the architecture firm Lyles, Bissett, Carlisle, & Wolff, and built from September 1972 through November 1974. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on Sept. 4, 2020.
