Summary

Description
English: Holding cell, the Comarca, Dili, Timor-Leste. The Comaraca is a former Indonesian police facility where torture was carried out. It later became the headquarters for the Timor-Leste Commission on Reception, Truth and Reconciliation (CAVR). It now hosts the Post-CAVR technical secretariat and may become the site of the proposed Institute of Memory.
