This due tax stamp features an image of the municipal coat of arms of Hải Dương showcasing a crowned shield depicting 4 (four) distinct scenes on it, underneath the shield is a ribbon depicting the Latin motto Nil actum dum quid superesset agendum (Nothing was done while there was nothing left to be done), a variant of the motto Nil actum credens dum quid superesset agendum (Believing nothing done whilst there remained anything else to be done).
