editMacaraya played for San Sebastian Stags and won multiple championships. In his short tenure in Philippine Basketball Association, he played for Pop Cola/Sarsi Sizzlers and Sta. Lucia Realtors.[1]
Coaching career
editMacaraya coached the CEU Scorpions before coaching his alma mater San Sebastian.[1][2] He was replaced in 2023.[3]
