Allan was drafted by Collingwood with pick 19 of the 2022 AFL draft.[1] He made his debut against his fathers former team Fremantle[2][3] in round 11 of the 2024 season.
Allan is the son of former Hawthorn and Fremantle player Ben Allan.[4]
