The Confession by A K Pasek

I have recently read this book and think that it is noteworthy because of the bigger themes she writes about and the (in my view) extremely well developed and sophisticated character arcs who are far from being wooden. however, it is from a new author (there are some bits on her author blog) and I can find very little about her while I obviously know her book.
