Reason for page proposal edit

SaRS is licensed to assess candidates for inclusion on the engineering registers held by the UK Engineering Council indicating it is an organisation of recognised standing. All except one of the other licensed members, as listed on the Wiki page below, have an Wikipedia entry at least outlining the organisation:
