ZWEBB traces its origins back to 2005 when it was established as a small entrepreneurial and consultancy firm.[14] However, in 2013, it underwent a transformation, formally registering as a limited company and shifting its focus towards the development of financial platforms.[15]
Since 2018, ZWEBB has been an active member of the Swedish FinTech Association, contributing to the ongoing development of FinTech within the market. As part of this association, the company collaborates to address shared challenges and engage in constructive dialogue with decision-makers in relevant sectors.[16][17]
In 2023, ZWEBB continued its global expansion in the GCC region.[18] In June of that year, the company participated in and sponsored Finitcipate’s Forum event in Belgrade Serbia. This event serves as a platform for FinTech companies to share best practices and discuss future challenges and developments in the FinTech industry.[19][20]
