The Working Americans Political Party was formed initially for the 2024 election by David S. Watson. The political party is ideologically centered with two main goals: balance the federal budget and lower healthcare costs. It supports both conservative and liberal positions. Conservative positions include: balanced budget, 2nd amendment freedoms, discouraging gender transitions in children, and secure border. Liberal positions include: socialized health care alternatives, abortion freedoms if physically and psychologically safe, and LGBTQIA+ acceptance. The party opposes racism in any form.
