It was founded in September 2020, by Shubham Trehan and Aksah Shrivastava, both collage friends with a vision to create a diverse online media presence. The company operates several sites covering a range of interests including entertainment, sports, lifestyle, Hindi News, soap operas and anime. Its main website is TV Season & Spoilers is a part of a portfolio that includes Soap Opera Daily, Sports News International, The Anime Daily, and All Around Women.

History

Established in 2020 Winacle Network LLP sought to enter the competitive digital media space with a focus on varied content.^[1] By June 2022, the company expanded its operations through the acquisition of TV Season & Spoilers, an entertainment news website.
