William F. Vigers should redirect here

William F. Vigers was a public official in Louisiana. He served as secretary of the Universal Suffrage convention held September 1865 and for the Republican Party's state executive committee. He served as chief clerk of the Louisiana House of Representatives during the Reconstruction era.[1]

He was secretary of the 1868 convention.[2]
