Wei He (born 23 June 1973) is concert violinist and music educator currently serving as the CEO and Artistic Director of The Tianjin Juilliard School, a joint USA-China venture performing arts school in Tianjin, China.

Wei He received his early music training at the middle school of Sichuan Conservatory of Music. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, and graduate studies in Chamber Music at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. During his college years, he founded the New China Trio and joined the first violin section of the San Francisco Symphony shortly after graduating.

As a violinist, Wei He has performed in numerous concert venues around the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York; The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D. C.; Royal Albert Hall in London; The Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam; Seoul Arts Center in Korea; and the National Centre for Performing Arts in Beijing.

We Hei joined Tianjin Juilliard as its inaugural Artistic Director and Dean in 2017 and assumed his current role in July of 2022 with responsibility for recruiting resident faculty while also overseeing all academic and performance activities at the school.

Prior to take the position at Tianjin Juilliard, Wei He served as a professor of violin at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music from 2000 to 2017 and held the position of Chair of the Strings Department.

Wei He has also served as a Fulbright Senior Specialist and is a member of the Committee of 100, a non-profit organization comprising Chinese Americans in business, government, academia, and the arts.
