The Universal University of the Philippines, colloquially known as "UUP" is a fictional university established in February 2023.
Despite it being a fictional university, the information shared by the supposed UUP - Board of Regents, is shared as if the university is real. The university's social media pages also make the university feel and look more true-to-life.
