editUnited Fintech is an industry-neutral Digital Transformation Platform for the financial sector founded in 2020 by Christian Frahm, a Danish native and entrepreneur.
Christian Frahm founded United Fintech subsequent to selling his previous venture CFH Group for GBP100million to PlayTech PLC in 2016[1] with a vision to provide banks and Financial Institutions with easy access to the newest technology and accelerate their transition into the digital world. [2]
Investors
editSoon after its inception, United Fintech attracted financial backing from an array of private investors[3] as well as three equity partners i.e. former CFH Group CEO Marc Levin,[4] former BEC executive Erik Nordahl[5] and former Goldman Sachs executive Tom Robinson.[6]
In February 2024, BNP Paribas and Citi announced strategic investments in United Fintech followed by Danske Bank in May 2024, according to Bloomberg.[7]
Acquisitions and expansion
editSince 2020, United Fintech has had its headquarters in London, however, has continuously expanded with offices in i.a. Denmark, Germany, Romania, Spain, Singapore, UAE[8] and the US from where the company operates its five acquired partner companies:

- FairXchange acquired in 2021[11]
- Athena acquired in 2021[12]
