Ughoron Investment Limited is a Nigerian real estate development company founded in November 2019 by Imasuen Amowie Izoduwa.[1] The company is headquartered in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.[2][3]

History

Originally established as Ughoron Consult Enterprize,[2] Ughoron Investment Limited began by providing land documentation and survey services. In 2020, the company shifted its focus to property development, acquiring its first estate in Evbuekpen community, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government area, Edo State. This estate was named Ise Estate, with subsequent phases following throughout 2020 and 2021.[1]

In January 2023, the company launched Ere Royal Estate in Ute Community, Benin City,[2] a residential development with community facilities. Ughoron Investment Limited followed this with the December 2023 launch of Ere Villa.[1]

Community Engagement

In February 2023, Ughoron Investment Limited's CEO, Imasuen Izoduwa, met with the Edo State Commissioner of Police to propose the construction of a new police station in the Uhie Community along Sapele Road. The proposal aims to address security concerns in the area.[4]
