Tunisian civil war, also known as the Pasha-Husainid war, is a conflict that took place in Tunisia between the years 1728 and 1756 between members of the ruling Husainid family in Tunisia at the time and their allies from the tribes and cities of Tunisia to seize power. The war witnessed two phases, the first of which was distinguished by the victory of the party loyal to Ali Pasha, known as the Pasha party, and his execution toHussein Bey and the defeat of his loyalists, who were known as the Husainid Party. Then in the second phase, Hussein Bey’s sons Muhammad al-Rashid Bey and Ali Bey II were able to regain power and executed Ali Pasha.
