Draft:The Montenegrin House of Football



The Montenegrin House of Football (Kuća fudbala) is a business and sports complex at the Old Airport in Podgorica.[1] It was opened on May 21, 2016, on the tenth anniversary of the restoration of Montenegrin independence. House of Football is a seat of the Football Association of Montenegro.

The opening was attended by representatives of the state leadership of Montenegro and the municipality of Podgorica, the President of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) Gianni Infantino and the then Vice-President of the European Football Association (UEFA) Anhel Maria Villar, high-ranking officials of European football associations, current and former national players, as well as numerous footballers and friends of the Montenegrin Union.[2]

The complex covers 3,784 square metres. It includes a garage space, a vault and a laundry room in the basement.[3] The first floor houses the reception, the press room, the meeting room and the premises of the FSCG television station. Meeting rooms and offices are located on the second and third floors. These will be used by the association's administration and representative departments.[4]
