Tharindu Nallaperuma (born September 16, 1992) is a Sri Lankan-American photojournalist[1] and filmmaker. Notably, he served as the exclusive photographer for Anadolu Agency, covering the 2018 Santa Fe High School shooting[2]. He is also recognized for his impactful coverage[3][4] of Hurricane Harvey.

In the realm of filmmaking, Tharindu has contributed as a cinematographer to projects like "The Exorcists" (TV Mini Series 2018) and has left his mark on various TV shows, including "Modern Persuasion" (2020), "New Amsterdam (2018)", and "Betty en NY".
