Siren Head is a Creepypasta made by Trevor Henderson who reached popularity on TikTok after a story associated with it. Siren Head looks like a 12-meter tall, skeletal humanoid figure. Their body seems to be heavily emaciated and their bones seem to be covered in "mummified flesh" (according to most sources). It's best known feature is its dual cone-like metal speakers with teeth in them, with small bits of wire point through the flesh occasionally. Siren Head's breakthrough came when a story was posted on TikTok.

Breakthrough

Siren Head reached popularity when a story from a TikTok post. In the story, a woman was coming by a graveyard, when she noticed a tall, humanoid creature was standing there, still. She thought it was some sort of statue or piece of art. But it eventually screamed "NINE. EIGHTEEN. ONE. CHILD. SEVENTEEN. REMOVE. VILE." It then started running towards the woman. Her fate was unknown. People started questioning what the text actually means, but after some time, it was revealed that the creature's speakers are constantly making noise, such as static noise, random words and numbers, and even white noise.

Lore

The creature's first known words ("NINE. EIGHTEEN. ONE. CHILD. SEVENTEEN. REMOVE. VILE.") were revealed to be just some words that adds some intimidation and background for the creature. However, from some AI - Generated results, I put together some ideas from this random string of text.
