Simko Ahmed (Born in 1972) in Sulaymaniyah is a Kurdish artist,[1][2][3][4] He graduated from the college of civil engineering at salahaddin university in 1990, after graduating from high school in Erbil, he wanted to study at the college of fine arts, but his teachers advised him to study engineering since it has better outcome and more stable economy, then he went to Salaheddin university and graduated from college of civil engineering.

But later he chased his dream and travelled to Japan to study Fine arts at the college of fine arts at university of Tokyo.[5][6][7][8]
