Draft:Serenata Flowers

  • Comment: Since the previous decline, only one new sources has been added, which is an interview of the CEO, and therefore not independent (and possibly also not reliable, depending on whether the publication applies error-checking / editorial oversight to their interviews, and if so of what quality). Given the number of past declines, I should probably be rejecting this now, but let's give it one more chance. DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:59, 22 April 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: Removing primary sources is not enough. Please add independent and reliable sources. '''[[User:CanonNi]]''' (talk|contribs) 13:33, 22 April 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: Primary sources and routine business reporting do not establish notability per WP:NCORP. DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:37, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: re-submitting with zero improvement is disruptive and likely to lead to a rejection. Theroadislong (talk) 13:29, 10 April 2024 (UTC)

Serenata Flowers edit

Overview edit

Serenata Flowers is an online retailer and e-commerce platform specialising in flowers and gifts, operating in the United Kingdom. Serenata Flowers started in 2003 in London and was one of the first online floristry businesses[1] to operate in the United Kingdom.

Background edit

Serenata Flowers started in 2003 as two small flower shops in London but pivoted the business to an online website in 2004[2], where customers could order bouquets for next-day delivery. The switch in business to a direct-to-consumer business model coincided with the growth of e-commerce platforms in the early 2000s.[3]

Serenata Flowers is one of several established players in the online floral industry[4], and is one of the most reviewed floral retailers in the United Kingdom[5]

Products edit

Serenata Flowers was one of the first flower delivery services in the UK to offer ‘letterbox flowers’, where a bouquet is delivered directly through the letterbox of the recipient. Serenata Flowers also offers customers a wide range of products and delivery services, including a subscription service.[6]
