Ruben Camacho Hanhart (born 1 September 2005) is a Costarican composer known professionally as Rubenofficial, primarily working on television and film soundtracks.
His works are notable for integrating electronic music sounds with traditional orchestral arrangements.
As a child, Rubén acted in the 2016 short film La Máquina Imposible and thought that acting would be his passion. But after seeing The Amazing Spiderman and How to train your dragon that quickly changed, he found his love for film music, funny enough its not were he started of though.
Early life
editDeadmau5 (electronic dance music producer)is the one that moved him to start making music with his iPad (New beginning, Cloud Walker, and Unidentified) being his first few tracks.
Shortly after that he moved onto his first laptop, were he started experimenting with scenes from many films, and youtube short films with Spacex launch being a first, after that he started making his own signature style of music and honing his skills through countless YouTube tutorials and articles.
Being self-taught was great since it gave him the freedom to find his own path, for a few years this continued, in 2022 is when he wanted to take things to the next level by doing his first study in the arts of music, he went to the Sae institute in Amsterdam to take a course (advanced electronic music) that gave him a theoretical wall to lean on while still having his original style, giving him the knowledge that helped him to start mixing & mastering his tracks properly.
