Richard T. Pullen (October 25, 1849 - 1922) was an American businessman instrumental in the safe and vault manufacturing business. He first entered the business in 1874 as a clerk in the time keeping department of the Hall's Safe & Lock Co. in Cincinnati, Ohio before rising to the role of Secretary.[1]

Upon the formation of the Herring-Hall-Marvin Co., he was elected to the board of directors and became its Secretary.[2] He would later become the President of the Herring-Hall-Marvin Safe Co.[3] – a role that he would maintain for a number of years. Pullen was a key player in the Supreme Court case: The Hall's Safe Co. vs Herring-Hall-Marvin Safe Co., decided in favor of The Hall's Safe Co. in 1908.[4]
