Raw Farm LLC (formerly the Organic Pastures Dairy Company) is a California-based dairy farm that specializes in the production of raw milk products. Raw milk is milk that is not pasteurized—a heating process that kills potential pathogens. The farm is the largest raw-milk diary in the Untied States.[1]

Raw Farm, originally called the Organic Pastures Dairy Company, became the first raw milk dairy in California with certified organic pasture land.[2]
Since 2006, the farm has faced 11 recalls and outbreaks relating to its raw milk products.[3]
