Rastin, A Persian/Iranian Singer and Performing Artist.
Rastin was born on May 2, 1978 In Tehran, Iran and grew up in Gothenburg, Sweden. Since teenager, he had passion for music, rock & roll and pop music. Hi interest in Persian pop music and singing started in mid 1995, where he took singing and vocal classes and formed a local band with some of his friends, performing at local Persian clubs and private events. in 1999 he decided to move to los Angeles and to start his professional Musical career in Los Angeles California. In 2008 he he got introduced to Farid Zoland, A Persian composer and music producer and started to work together and released his first album "Simorgh", A collaboration with lyricists: Ardalan Sarfaraz, Iraj Jannatie Ataie, Shahyar Ghanbari and Zoya Zakarian, and hit songs like: Gole Man, Khosh, Zalem, Mojezeh, and Simorgh. Rastin's Second Album "Purple Garden" got released in 2011, which consist of his hit songs: Didi Che ha Shod, Saghi, Tanhayee semej, and Purple Garden. In 2021 Rastin Released his 3rd album called: "Abrishami", including the hit songs: Kalafe, Ghazalak, Abrishami, Roya and Hasrat. Rastin's Latest Album "Mair" got released in June 2023, which includes hit songs: Miraghsi, Masir, Delbare Naaz, Hezaro yek Shab, Az To daram, Begoo Bale and many more. 'Tolee To" was a single that got released in February 2024 and Rastin is currently working on a new club remix called " Begoo Bale" which is set to be released May 9. Rastin had his first concert in 2011 at Saban Theater in beverly hills. His second big concert was in 2019 at the Club Novo in DTLA. Rastin have had many concerts globally including a 13 bedar sold out concert in Gothenburg , Sweden at the " Stora Theater "The Grand Theater" in April 2024.
