Biography
editBishop Paulina comes from Cieszyn Silesia (Skoczów/Ustroń)[2]in Poland. She graduated from the Faculty of Theology of the Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw.[2]
In 2014, she was ordained as a Pastor in London to serve in the Lutheran Church in Great Britain by the then Bishop, Martin Lind. Rev. The episcopal consecration of Rev. Paulina Hławiczka-Trotman took place on 20 January 2024 at St. Mary's Anglican Church in Nottingham. The act of consecration was performed by Bishop Jāna Jēruma-Grīnberga, former bishop of the Lutheran Church in Great Britain, Bishop Tor Berger Jørgensen, outgoing bishop of the LCiGB, and Bishop Paul Ferguson, former Church of England Bishop of Whitby.[6]
Bishop Paulina also serves as the 4th president[1] of Churches Together in England[7]
