Patrick Ductant, also known as Ghost,[1] is a Haitian American entrepreneur and the co-founder and owner of Billionaires Row, a luxury brand.[2]

Biography edit

In his early twenties, he dropped out of college to pursue entrepreneurship and became a real estate investor. Ductant bought his first property at the age of 23.[2][3]

In 2023, Ductant was arrested on charges of "conspiracy, bank and wire fraud, money laundering and aggravated identity theft,"[4][5][6] according to the American City Business Journals.[7]
