Noniece Williams (born March 30, 1966, in New York City) is an American actress, best known for her role as Martha in the 1979 NBC movie The Miracle Worker.[1][2]
Acting career edit
Williams made her acting debut in 1969 at the age of two, at the behest of her mother Frances.[3] In 1974 she was cast in Black Samson, her first film.[4]
In 1979 she performed in the Emmy-winning TV movie The Miracle Worker.[citation needed]
Williams has also appeared in several television shows with reoccurring roles,[5] including What's Happening,[6][7] Buck Rogers in the 25th Century and Fish.[8][9]
In 2023 Williams was awarded an honorary doctorate from Sacramento Theological Seminary & Bible College.[10]
