Clinical Sciences Program: Following the Basic Sciences, students enter the Clinical Sciences phase, which lasts for six semesters. This phase is conducted at affiliated hospitals and clinical centers in the United States and Canada. Students gain practical experience through clinical rotations in various medical specialties such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, and Family Medicine. These rotations provide hands-on learning under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals. Eligibility To be eligible for admission to the MD program at Saint James School of Medicine, applicants must meet the following criteria: Educational Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or at least 90 credit hours of undergraduate coursework from an accredited institution. Completion of prerequisite courses including General Biology or Zoology, General or Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Physics. Some courses in Mathematics and English are also recommended. Admission Tests: While the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) is not mandatory for all applicants, it is highly recommended for US and Canadian students.
