Nikki Fortunato Bas is an American politician, community organizer, and nonprofit director. She identifies as Filipina-American.
Fortunato Bas currently serves as the President City Council for Oakland, California, representing District 2, which includes Eastlake, Grand Lake, San Antonio, Chinatown and Jack London Square.[1]
Nikki Fortunato Bas is running for Alameda County Supervisor and is endorsed by APEN Action[2], the Green Party of Alameda County, the Wellstone Democratic Renewal Club, the California Nurses Association, the Working Families Party, various unions, and other environmental justice groups.[3]
