She is the primary bot of summer camp Lake District, where she can calm female campers when they first arrive. Nana is friendly towards the main protagonist Janette.
However, Nana and Janette go into the room of a teenage girl named Leslie, but Nana doesn't know that Leslie is abstracted and Leslie throws her in the floor, almost killing her. When Janette asks her what abstraction means, she explains her that abstraction means when female campers are feeling down.
She is also seen with the secondary antagonist Millie Walsh. The counselor Alice calls her a pervert when she stalks her in the showers.
Nana Volkova also appears to be a friendly villain, but she betrays her sisters and turns on Janette's side, redeeming herself in the proccess.
