President of CEP: Novak Adžić

The president of the CEP, Mr. Novak Adžić, is a lawyer and historian, a doctoral candidate in historical sciences. He was born on January 5, 1975, in Cetinje. He graduated in law from the University of Montenegro in 2001, and obtained a master's degree in history at the Faculty of Philosophy of the same university in 2012. He has held various positions in the Montenegrin government, including the position of director of the Intellectual Property Office. Additionally, Adžić is a teaching associate at the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić, where he teaches subjects related to the history of Yugoslavia. He actively studies the national history of Montenegro and is the author of 13 scientific discussions and monographs.
