Mirza bin Barakat bin Abdul Nabi Al Daghar Al Amiri Al Balushi 1918 AD - 1973 AD, one of the symbols and leaders of the Baloch people, and the last ruler of the western Makran coast, he has many achievements, battles and heroisms that he wrote in Oman and the Trucial States coast, he was characterized by strength and courage and his fame spread throughout the region, as he participated in the Green Mountain War and supported Sultan Said bin Taimur Al Said against Imam Ghalib and Talib in 1957 AD to 1959 AD, and Sultan Said bin Taimur was victorious and imposed his control over the areas of the Imamate system and their leaders fled outside the Sultanate, and he also participated in the Dhofar War against the revolutionaries in 1965 AD to 1972 AD, and he also supported Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum, the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai in 1939 AD against his opponents and Sheikh Saeed won the battle. - Sheikh Mirza and his brother Mohammed went on a trip to visit his Baloch community in the Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, where they met Sheikh Saeed bin Rashid Al Balushi in the city of Dammam.

In 1952, Sheikh Mirza and Mohammed visited Imam Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalili, who was ruling the interior of Oman during the reign of Sultan Saeed bin Taimur. It was a private visit and there was no political goal. The Imam welcomed him and gave him a souvenir gift of a pistol.

Mirza died in 1973 in Dubai.
